• Finance Council serves as the advisory body to the pastor and pastoral council regarding the administration and stewardship of human resources, parish facilities and parish finances. The Finance Council meets monthly.
  • Pastoral Council offers counsel to and collaborates with the pastor in long-range planning to guide the parish toward its future. The role of the Pastoral Council is to maintain the integrity of the parish mission and the goals and objectives related to it. 
  • Liturgy Committee  plans and schedule liturgical celebrations for seasonal and special celebrations. In addition, the Liturgical Committee is also responsible for coordinating and supporting all liturgical ministries in the parish (readers, extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist, altar servers, lectors, cantors and musicians). Responsible for the planning and decorating the church for Christmas and Easter Vigil.
  • Social Committee helps organize opportunities for parishioners to come together in friendship and community.  Each year, the Committee organizes and operates such events as the Parish Picnic, Parish Festival, dinners and other social events.
  • Stewardship Committee assists the pastor in promoting stewardship among parishioners and develop ways to invite parishioners to offer their gifts of time, talent and treasure.  The committee assists with the annual renewal of our parish’s Time, Talent and Treasure, aimed at strengthening both volunteerism (time and talent) and the financial (treasure) efforts of each parishioner.
  • Knights of Columbus (Pope John Paul II Council) Knights of Columbus is a Catholic fraternity for men age 18 and older.  The Knights of Columbus provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, their community, families and young people.
  • Matachines is a religious dance group made up of children, youth and adults.  Their dancing is a century old tradition among Mexican-Americans to glorify God and honor Our Lady of Guadalupe.  The dance, music and costumes are drawn from the rich indigenous culture of the villages of Mexico and date back to when Christianity first came to Mexico.  Dancers perform at mass, feast days and other special liturgies.
  • Guadalupanos are a group of men and women that foster devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe. This group plans and promotes the novena and parish celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12.
  • Religious Education Committee for Children & Youth  advise and assist the Religious Education Director in setting goals, implementing and evaluating all catechetical programs for children.
  • Social Justice Committee assists the parish in coordinating its outreach and advocacy efforts in the area of social justice and provides opportunities for members of the parish to serve the poor and needy by promoting involvement in social service activities.
